Tabono Consult was set up in 2020 amid the Covid19 crisis with a core purpose of providing expert HR services to small and medium sized businesses as and when needed.

It is clear to us that businesses of all sizes can face significant HR challenges some as a result of lack of adequate and accurate information on Employment and labour laws. Others face time constraint in performing endless administrative responsibilities which moves part of the focus from effectively implementing their business strategies.
